Recruiter

Legacy Maintenance Services, LLC in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full hiring process from sourcing through interviewing and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to identify promising candidates.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and provide timely updates to candidates during the hiring process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research.
• Manage candidate relationships over time to support future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
