Recruiter - Contract

Owens Corning seeks a Contract Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and levels. The position is onsite in Stanley, VA and emphasizes sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR policies and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Leverage talent management platforms and applicant tracking systems to track candidate progress and maintain organized records.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using social media recruitment, outbound outreach, and targeted research.
• Execute high-volume recruitment campaigns for hourly production positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative guidance on talent acquisition approaches.
• Ensure adherence to employment and labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and internal HR policies throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support HR legal compliance and employee relations within recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting, including high-volume and technical hiring, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability in sourcing, talent management, and relationship management across diverse roles and levels.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices for external and internal recruiting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to excel in a high-volume recruitment setting while maintaining attention to detail and delivering a positive candidate experience.
