Job Description
Recruiter — Engineering role at DRMP, Inc. in Orlando, FL (onsite), responsible for full-cycle engineering recruiting across a blended mix of seniority levels and handling a high-volume load of 10-15 active positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering requisitions, including sourcing, screening, submittals, scheduling, offer support, and closing.
- Maintain a blended workload across senior, mid-level, and entry-level Engineering roles.
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers on active requisitions.
- Align expectations with hiring managers regarding timelines and submittal cadences at kickoff.
- Provide pipeline data for the Senior Recruiter’s weekly Engineering track reports.
- Proactively escalate blockers to the Senior Recruiter when issues arise.
- Keep Pinpoint ATS records current and report weekly KPI metrics accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency, in-house, or RPO backgrounds welcome.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Effective communicator, comfortable engaging with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
- Well organized and self-directed across multiple requisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred
- AEC and engineering recruiting experience is a strong differentiator for this role
- Experience sourcing and screening civil, structural, transportation, or geotechnical engineers
- Background recruiting for AEC firms — agency or in-house
- Familiarity with engineering titles and career progression (EI, PE, Project Engineer, PM)
- Exposure to the Southeast AEC talent market
