Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across all departments
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate fit, and guide the hiring process while ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Manage candidate pipelines through social media management tools and proactive outreach to build talent pools
- Negotiate employment terms with candidates in alignment with company policies and labor regulations
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and preparation of required employment documentation
- Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide ongoing talent management support
Requirements
- At least two years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, covering roles across multiple functions
- Solid knowledge of employment and labor laws and effective sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates via social media outreach and proactive cold calling
- Experience with performance evaluation, employee relations, contract administration, and training and development activities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- English language proficiency required
