Recruiter, Optimus

Tesla is seeking a Recruiter to support the North America Service team in San Francisco, CA (onsite), focusing on passive talent sourcing and consultative recruiting to build a strong pipeline and partner with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients.
• Deeply understand each role's requirements and how it fits within the organization.
• Develop and execute strategies to create and maintain a robust pipeline of passive talent.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication.
• Find creative ways to capture candidate attention during initial outreach stages.
• Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience sourcing and screening candidates in a high volume recruiting environment.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional experience to all candidates and clients.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the importance of each role to Tesla's mission.
• Sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, and strong organizational skills.
• Experience using and maintaining accurate documentation in an ATS.
• A combination of corporate and agency experience is preferred.

Compensation

• Salary range: USD 64,000 - 168,000 per year.
• Total compensation may include cash and stock awards, plus benefits.
• Pay may vary based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; details of benefit plan participation will be provided if an offer is extended.
