Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

The Recruiter - Talent Acquisition supports full-cycle recruitment via internet and phone, sourcing exceptional candidates for branch teams across 25 states. This is an on-site role in Olivette, MO (near I-170 and Olive) for WIESE USA INC.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates aligned with the organization's culture for multiple openings, spanning mechanics, sales, and senior management roles.
• Conduct telephone interviews to assess experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to recommend candidates and potential compensation packages.
• Provide candidates with information about the company, its culture, and benefits.

Requirements

• Four or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and sourcing candidates independently, as no candidate database will be provided.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, various job boards, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to actively promote the company to potential applicants.
• On-site work in Olivette, MO, near I-170 and Olive.
