This full-time Talent Acquisition Partner role offers a hybrid work schedule in Zeeland, Michigan, with a compensation range of USD 60,000 to 78,000 per year. What you'll do
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define talent needs and guide recruitment strategy
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through customized outreach and proactive sourcing methods
- Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines for priority roles across targeted markets
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offers and background checks, ensuring a positive and transparent candidate journey
- Clearly articulate job expectations along with compensation, benefits, and growth paths
- Coordinate screenings, interviews, assessments, and feedback with emphasis on skills and culture fit
- Lead offer development and communicate decisions with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor recruiting metrics such as time to fill, retention, pipeline health, and candidate experience to drive improvements while ensuring compliance
- Strengthen the employer brand to differentiate the organization in the hospitality sector
- Continuously review and refine recruitment processes to align with company goals and best practices
What you bring
- Proven success in identifying and engaging passive candidates
- Solid expertise in modern sourcing tools, recruitment strategies, employer branding, and TA best practices
- Experience in multi-site, high-volume recruiting, preferably in hospitality or foodservice
- Strong understanding of external recruitment platforms, their metrics, and process optimization
- Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple requisitions concurrently
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a commitment to a superior candidate experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Ability to develop internal relationships across the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 4–6 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree
