Vaco LLC is seeking two hands-on Contract Recruiters in Cincinnati, OH (onsite) to support immediate and upcoming hiring needs.

Own active requisitions and manage full-cycle recruiting with minimal ramp-up
Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates
Recruit across professional functions including marketing, sales/field sales, engineering, and other professional areas
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, with emphasis on the Cincinnati-area market
Partner with hiring managers on candidate needs, interview expectations, and market feedback
Learn the organization and roles well enough to clearly represent opportunities to candidates
Facilitate interviews and maintain strong onsite partnership with hiring managers
Use approved recruiting tools including Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter

Experience with full-cycle recruiting and the ability to quickly take ownership of requisitions
Demonstrated success with proactive and passive candidate sourcing
Strong skills in partnering with hiring managers and communicating effectively
Ability to attract and “sell” candidates on opportunities
Recruiting experience across professional functions such as engineering, marketing, sales, or field sales
