Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates and shorten time-to-fill for manufacturing roles
• Review, edit, and optimize job postings across multiple platforms to maximize reach
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews for production and related positions
• Coordinate onsite interview scheduling with hiring managers to streamline the interview process
• Launch, track, and verify electronic onboarding processes for new hires
• Build and maintain a candidate base to ensure timely coverage when new openings arise
• Foster positive experiences for both prospective candidates and current MORryde team members
• Plan and execute employee engagement events to support workplace culture

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Highest level of integrity when handling confidential information and data
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Capacity to quickly learn and adapt across multiple data systems
• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
• Customer service mindset and a collaborative team approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency, including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
