Regional Recruiter - Security
Job Description
Support security hiring across an assigned region by building recruiting strategies, strengthening pipelines, and partnering with branch leadership to meet branch staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates aligned to regional hiring needs.
- Partner with the Director – Field Recruiting, Regional Vice Presidents, Branch Managers, and the Operations Manager to proactively recruit and meet hiring goals.
- Attend branch meetings as agreed with branch management and share ideas to expand recruiting capacity.
- Review and strategize with branches on Open Post reports, upcoming new account needs, and replacement personnel requirements.
- Build and maintain a “Recruiting Toolbox” (flyers, brochures, and recruiting methods) that can be adapted by region and hiring need.
- Create and maintain a “Resource Binder” with recruiting techniques and resources, contact names and numbers, frequency, and effectiveness.
- Assist in developing policy and procedure for recruiting to support consistency, continuity, and full use of available resources.
- Provide support and training to branch staff on managing applicant tracking in the automated ATS, including recruiting-related ATS areas (job postings).
- Administer recruiting measures and provide analysis and recommendations to adjust techniques and strategies to meet targets.
- Complete weekly or monthly reporting as directed by the Director – Field Recruiting, including hiring results, recruiting source effectiveness, costs vs. ROI, and projections for growth.
- Translate hiring analysis into action plans by anticipating and responding to recruiting trends.
- Review existing branch hiring and interviewing practices and recommend improvements to effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct regular branch site visits to analyze current methods, understand unique branch needs, and establish strategies to improve interview-to-hire ratios.
- Provide training and/or coaching on effective interview techniques and recommend improvements to applicant processing.
- Support in-branch hiring activities on a planned or periodic “as needed” basis, including holding hiring events and assisting during peak or special hiring periods.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent GED) minimum.
- Proven experience turning goals into action by creating and executing recruiting strategies and plans.
- Goal-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar or new environments to achieve hiring objectives.
- Energetic, driven work style with the ability to take initiative, prioritize multiple assignments, and manage deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and self-direct, while taking direction from managers in the assigned region and adjusting priorities regularly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Comfort integrating multiple applications to streamline operations through technology solutions.
- Ability to use technology to create meaningful reports and measurements.
- Professional communication skills and independent judgment and discretion.
- Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record requirements (no major violations within last 36 months; no more than 1 accident within last 24 months; no more than one minor moving violation within last 24 months), required minimum insurance per company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
- Reliable vehicle for regular travel between recruiting locations and branches within the region.
- Flexibility to travel periodically/regularly with some overnight travel required depending on company needs.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact at all levels while functioning as a team player.

Salary: USD 45,000 - 47,500 per year. Location: Houston, TX (onsite). Education: High school diploma (or equivalent GED).
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
