Sales, Recruiting and Training Manager

As an independent contractor with Colonial Life, the Sales, Recruiting and Training Manager focuses on building and strengthening a high-performing sales team in the Ontario area. The role combines training and mentorship, recruiting and selection, and client relationship building, with income that is based on sales results rather than a guaranteed salary.

What you’ll do

• Mentor and develop a sales team to improve performance and consistency
• Source, interview, and select quality individuals for the team
• Conduct field training to support day-to-day effectiveness
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Help facilitate team meetings and other training exercises
