Colonial Life seeks a Sales, Recruiting and Training Manager to support growth of a high-performing sales team in the OC area through hiring, field coaching, and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop a sales team
- Source, interview, and help select quality individuals
- Deliver field training to support sales readiness
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Assist in facilitating team meetings and other training exercises
