Sales & Recruiting Manager Needed

Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company is hiring a Sales & Recruiting Manager to train and lead a team of sales managers and agents while helping expand B2B employee benefits sales. This hybrid remote independent contractor role is based in Cabot, AR, and includes access to training and development opportunities.

In this position, you will partner with business leaders and HR professionals to support growth, strengthen relationships, and build a high-performing agency team through recruiting, mentoring, and field support.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers
• Source, attract, interview, and select quality individuals to join your team and the company
• Conduct field training and participate in joint field work with the agency team
• Oversee sales meetings and orientations for both new and experienced sales agents
• Support business-to-business employee benefits sales activity and accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and other decision makers
• Support a corporate culture centered on high energy, competition, collaboration, and fun
• Develop and maintain broker relationships

Requirements

• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience building and leading a team of independent sales agents
• Recruiting experience
• Insurance sales experience
• Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (not required to apply, but the role requires willingness to obtain)
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lead and motivate sales teams

Job Type and Pay

• Job type: Contract
• Pay: $86,000.00 to $109,000.00 per year
