Sales, Recruiting Training Manager

Colonial is hiring an independent contractor Sales, Recruiting Training Manager to lead and mentor independent insurance agents across the greater Saint Louis area.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and motivate sales agents to support consistent performance
• Find, interview, and recruit new sales agents
• Deliver hands-on field training and create collaborative work experiences
• Build relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
• Support a dynamic, competitive, team-focused environment

Requirements

Compensation

• Contract compensation model tied to sales results
• Potential to earn competitive commissions based on sales results
• Commission components may include renewal income, bonuses, and world-class trips
• Pay range: $20,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
