Job Description

Senior Manager, Human Resources role in Philadelphia, onsite at Catalent, develops and implements HR strategies aligned with business objectives and oversees talent management, employee relations, organizational design, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the HR business partner to site Quality, Finance and Project Management leaders and the VP of Project Management to support the function globally.
  • Support the HR function in driving greater efficiency, quality, and consistency in the strategy and execution of key HR processes, programs, and policies across regions and worldwide.
  • Collaborate with the Director of HR to shape and execute HR strategies that align with site and segment goals.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and selection for functional teams to attract top talent.
  • Oversee performance management systems to drive high performance and support career development.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Oversee HR operations including employee relations, policy administration, and compliance.
  • Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and improve HR processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of eight years of HR experience, including at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is required.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.

Position Summary

  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Location: On-site, 100% in Philadelphia, PA.
