This onsite, full-time Senior Recruiter role in Raleigh, NC focuses on full-cycle recruitment for customer-facing teams, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and guiding candidates through offers and negotiations. You will contribute to a portfolio of brands and a shared commitment to helping learners and educators succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, focusing on customer-facing teams and partnering with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, challenges, and hiring goals
• Tell the IXL story to candidates, helping them grasp our products, mission, and everyday life across our brands
• Develop creative sourcing pipelines to attract top talent using a variety of strategies and platforms
• Conduct initial interviews
• Guide candidates through the interview process
• Facilitate offers and negotiations
• Understand candidates' motivations and address questions so they can make informed career decisions
• Maintain a seamless candidate experience that leaves a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of outcome
• Build long-term relationships with high-caliber professionals, developing a community of talent for future opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on non-technical teams or generalist roles
• Proven sourcing experience across multiple strategies and platforms
• Strong talent-spotting ability and skill in aligning candidate strengths and career goals with the right opportunity
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent relationship-building and clear, authentic communication that builds trust and alignment
• Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system
• Genuine interest in how education and technology intersect to improve learning
