Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles by partnering with leaders and running full-cycle searches onsite in San Diego.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from initial intake through accepted offer
- Run intake conversations with hiring managers to clarify business needs, role requirements, team dynamics, success profile, and the candidate market
- Design and execute targeted sourcing plans to identify high-quality talent, including passive candidates
- Source, engage, interview, and assess candidates by evaluating capabilities, motivation, communication skills, and fit beyond the resume
- Provide hiring managers with a strong, well-vetted candidate slate based on search quality rather than resume volume
- Build trusted partnerships across all levels by sharing market insight, recruiting expertise, and recommendations throughout the search
- Maintain search momentum by spotting challenges early, adjusting sourcing and outreach strategies, and keeping communication clear
- Manage the complete candidate journey: sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview coordination, feedback, offers, negotiation, and closing
- Deliver a strong candidate experience through responsive, transparent, and timely communication
- Represent the company and opportunities in an authentic, compelling way to prospective candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting activity and candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Take full ownership and accountability for each search
Requirements
- Driven by quality, with pride in finding the right candidate rather than simply filling a role
- Naturally curious, asking questions that uncover what drives success for the business and the role
- Exceptional communicator who earns credibility quickly and can connect with candidates and senior executives
- Confident and consultative approach, including providing candid feedback and respectfully challenging assumptions
- Strong instincts about people, with the ability to dig deeper to reach the right conclusion
- Proactive and resourceful: adjust strategy when an approach is not producing the right talent
- High accountability and self-driven mindset
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Persistent and resilient when searches are difficult, including finding alternative paths to the right talent
- Recruiting is the craft: motivated by finding great people and choosing this work
Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience, with a career primarily focused on talent acquisition and recruiting
- Track record recruiting and closing high-quality talent across professional, leadership, and executive-level positions

- Proven ability to independently manage the full recruiting lifecycle (intake, sourcing strategy, outreach, interviewing and assessment, presentation, interview management, offers, negotiation, and closing)
- Experience partnering directly with senior and executive leaders and communicating effectively at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail
