Job Description

Based onsite at Eagleville Hospital in Eagleville, PA, the Senior Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for senior-level and key leadership roles. This role collaborates with hospital leadership to interpret workforce needs, sources top candidates, and manages the full recruiting lifecycle to ensure alignment with the hospital’s mission and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for senior-level and key roles across the organization.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using online platforms, networking events, professional connections, and advanced search techniques to identify talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define ideal candidate profiles, design recruitment strategies, and guide the hiring process.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for qualifications, skills, and fit with the organization’s culture.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles before positions become available.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in recruitment processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Address challenges and implement effective solutions throughout the recruitment workflow.
  • Network effectively to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate competitive salary and benefits packages and ensure a transparent offer process.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and hospital policy.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to generate insights that inform hiring decisions and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five to seven years of recruitment experience focused on senior-level roles
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Specialty certifications preferred
