Job Description
Join a mission-driven team at Ceres Environmental Services Inc. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead high-impact, full-cycle recruitment across multiple business lines and act as a trusted advisor to leaders. This onsite role is based in Houston, TX, with a salary range of USD 90,000 - 120,000 per year. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, travel opportunities, and a discretionary bonus. You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and collaborate in a fast-paced environment focused on rebuilding stronger, safer communities.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, technical, and hard-to-fill roles across multiple lines of business.
- Develop and sustain passive candidate pipelines through advanced sourcing, market mapping, and networking.
- Proactively nurture candidate development and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Provide labor market insights and hiring intelligence to inform workforce planning and hiring strategies.
- Lead complex offer negotiations and coordinate with compensation and onboarding alignment.
- Coach and mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and candidate-care approaches.
- Streamline recruitment workflows, including ATS configurations, templates, dashboards, and reporting.
- Represent Ceres at industry events, university fairs, and professional associations.
- Maintain accurate and timely capture of requisition and candidate activity data in the ATS.
- Contribute to other recruitment projects as needed by the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing effective sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week.
- Strong consultative relationship-building skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, inclusive and professional environment managing sensitive/confidential information appropriately.

What to Expect
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting both steady-state hiring and surge recruiting during emergency response events. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with hiring leaders, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and adapt quickly as business needs shift. The role is primarily onsite with occasional travel for recruiting events or initiatives.
