Job Description

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Solon, Ohio. This hybrid role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The role leads recruiting strategy and full lifecycle hiring across Technical and Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and QA functions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to define and implement recruiting strategies and talent-sourcing programs that meet the needs of a complex organization.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of recruitment from requisition posting to candidate sourcing and offer acceptance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on external market trends, including supply and demand, identify key talent, and understand core components of compensation.
  • Lead thorough intake sessions with the business and teams to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and clarify responsibilities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for groups using direct sourcing, database mining, networking, name generation, cold outreach, industry events, associations, online communities, external research, and social marketing.
  • Identify critical behavioral and technical proficiencies that drive success, communicate sourcing strategy, and set expectations for process and timelines.
  • Partner with the Recruitment Marketing team to integrate employer branding and social media tactics into sourcing plans and coordinate targeted outreach events.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and promote the Nestlé employment brand throughout the recruitment process.
  • Hold regular meetings with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans and maintain agility throughout the process.
  • Influence stakeholders on candidate selection and advise on total rewards packages for candidates.
  • Deliver recruiting process excellence by following internal policies, accurately tracking candidate and requisition activity in the applicant tracking system, and complying with applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of recruiting experience.
  • Ability to challenge processes when needed while managing expectations of business partners and candidates.
  • Experience launching and sustaining talent pipelining programs by assembling sourcing intelligence, converting passive candidates, and utilizing diverse sourcing channels.
  • Proficient across all facets of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, applicant tracking, closing offers, and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to conduct competency-based recruitment.
  • Experience using technologies to support talent selection, including applicant tracking systems, sourcing channels, and social/digital media.
  • Ability to translate business strategy or organizational changes into practical recruiting solutions.
  • Strong project management, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
