Job Description
This is a full-time, onsite Sourcing Recruiter role within Amazon's Legal and Public Policy Recruiting team. The position focuses on building sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, and managing the candidate lifecycle end to end. The role is based in Arlington, VA, with a salary range of USD 50,900 to 99,100 per year, and involves collaboration with stakeholders across the business in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract and hire the best technical talent for legal and public policy roles.
- Provide strategic guidance and act as an advisor to business leaders on recruiting initiatives, delivering measurable results.
- Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to align talent plans with organizational goals.
- Support market research efforts and use data to generate talent insights that inform hiring strategies.
- Propose ideas and initiatives related to recruitment that support long-range growth of the company.
- Design and refine recruiting processes to contribute to Amazon's mission of delivering high quality results to customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Lead or participate in projects focused on improving candidate generation and best practices.
Requirements
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
- Experience with contact management systems or applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
