Sr. Recruiter, Enterprise Human Data (IC) - High-Volume GTM, Operations, Finance & Technology Hiring
Job Description
At KORE1 Technologies, a fast-growing AI company delivering human-powered evaluation and training solutions for enterprises, we are seeking a hands-on Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across enterprise functions including GTM, operations, finance, and technology. This is an in-person, individual-contributor role based in San Francisco, with the possibility of NYC for exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and initial outreach through assessment, offers, and closing for both individual-contributor and leadership roles across the enterprise.
- Hire across a broad mix of commercial and technical profiles, such as Engagement Managers, Strategic Project Leads, Associates, applied AI and code-delivery engineers, account owners, operators, and supporting functions.
- Support hiring across commercial, operations, GTM, finance, business, engineering, applied AI, and other specialized teams as the division grows.
- Drive high-volume sourcing, outbound outreach, candidate calls, pipeline development, interview coordination, offer management, and closing activity personally.
- Build a robust top-of-funnel through creative outbound sourcing, referrals, talent mapping, market intelligence, targeted campaigns, events, and proactive channels.
- Partner directly with company leadership, General Managers, Engagement Managers, Account Leads, Strategic Project Leads, and other hiring leaders to map needs, define profiles, calibrate the hiring bar, and move searches forward.
- Translate evolving business needs into actionable recruiting strategies and adapt as priorities shift.
- Evaluate candidates from high-growth startups and other high-talent-density environments known for rigorous standards.
- Assess candidates for performance, trajectory, stability, motivation, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Represent the company externally as a credible ambassador to senior candidates considering competitive opportunities in technology and AI markets.
- Clearly communicate the company’s mission, business model, growth trajectory, expectations, and employee value proposition while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage fast-moving interview processes and proactively address compensation, competing opportunities, timing, motivation, and closing risks.
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, candidate leveling, evidence-based evaluation, and disciplined hiring decisions.
- Drive same-day debriefs, rapid feedback, expedited offers, and other recruiting service levels necessary to compete for top talent.
- Build and refine practical recruiting systems while remaining deeply involved in daily execution.
- Track, analyze, and improve key recruiting funnel metrics, including sourcing activity, candidate response rates, pass-through, time in stage, time to fill, source yield, interview-to-offer ratios, offer-acceptance, and fill rates.
- Identify bottlenecks and leverage data to improve sourcing effectiveness, interview velocity, and overall recruiting outcomes.
- Collaborate on dashboards, reporting, process automation, and workflow improvements using Ashby and other talent-intelligence tools.
- Help build the employer brand through candidate campaigns, referrals, events, market engagement, and consistent representation of hiring standards and mission.
- Introduce structure and operational rigor to an evolving environment without slowing execution.
- Own assigned hiring outcomes and uphold a high standard of quality, speed, responsiveness, and follow-through.
Requirements
- Proven success owning full-cycle recruiting for both individual-contributor and leadership roles.
- Highly execution-oriented, personally sourcing, outbound outreach, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment with substantial sourcing and candidate outreach.
- History of hiring against aggressive timelines while maintaining a strong talent bar.
- Generalist breadth across commercial, GTM, enterprise sales, account management, operations, finance, business, project leadership, engineering, applied AI, and other corporate functions.
- Familiarity with both commercial and technical hiring, including sales, account management, engineering, and applied AI roles.
- Not narrowly specialized in a single niche; demonstrated success hiring across multiple functions.
- Experience in high-growth startups or similar high-talent-density companies with rigorous standards.
- Strong sourcing instincts to identify, engage, and close passive candidates.
- Ability to partner credibly with General Managers, Account Leads, hiring managers, and company leadership.
- Proven ability to build and scale practical hiring systems and use data to improve outcomes.
- Willingness to introduce structure while remaining personally involved in daily recruiting execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication; capable of representing a high-growth AI company to senior candidates.
- Proactive, high-motor, outcome-oriented work style with urgency across multiple searches.
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements, and readiness to work long hours when needed.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through.
- Evidence of stable professional tenure; isolated short tenures are acceptable, but frequent roles under two years are a concern.
- Familiarity with Ashby or the ability to quickly adopt new recruiting tools and workflows.
- Willingness to work in person five days per week in San Francisco, or NYC for exceptional candidates.
