Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner handles end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth setting, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to secure top talent for Project Farma.
Compensation
- Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 per yearly

Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to clarify role requirements and shape strategic sourcing plans.
- Execute proactive candidate searches for assigned roles while screening incoming applications.
- Develop networks and community relationships to attract passive candidates.
- Provide a high-touch experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Manage the candidate lifecycle to ensure timely interviews, scheduling, and feedback.
- Maintain recruiting KPIs and SLAs, proactively meeting customer and employee expectations.
- Ensure all work adheres to PerkinElmer corporate HR procedures and is delivered within defined timeframes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including pre- and post-hire documentation.
- Perform additional HR or recruiting duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting across contract, corporate, and/or agency environments.
- 2–3 years of agency recruiting and/or experience sourcing fully billable consultants, ideally in professional services, life sciences, engineering, or technical project settings.
- 3+ years of executive-level recruiting.
- Proven ability to implement end-to-end recruiting strategies to attract and hire exempt and non-exempt candidates.
- Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. states with understanding of regional labor markets and talent strategies.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. recruiting compliance (EEO, OFCCP, FCRA, pay transparency, and state-specific requirements).
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels, from senior leaders to junior contributors.

- Experience recruiting in pharmaceutical, biotech, GMP manufacturing, or engineering sectors to attract niche technical talent.
- Candidates located in Eastern or Central U.S. time zones preferred to support hiring teams and project schedules.
- High degree of technical competence and creativity.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to source passive and niche candidates using technology-based recruiting techniques.
- Experience using job boards, social media, direct sourcing, and referral programs.
- Proficient in skill- and behavioral-based interviewing.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate across the company.
