Job Description
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at GE Vernova leads strategic, end-to-end recruitment across the full hiring lifecycle from remote locations. This role partners with client groups to manage a diverse requisition portfolio, attract and assess candidates, and secure quality hires while advising on labor market trends and data-driven process improvements. Salary range: USD 79,500 to 132,400 per year.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of roles.
- Source, attract, assess, and engage active and passive candidates through a variety of recruiting approaches.
- Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and organizational fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Promote the employer brand via networking, social media, and targeted talent engagement to build diverse pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies and guide the hiring process.
- Utilize market insights and recruiting data to influence decisions, optimize strategies, and improve outcomes.
- Lead offer negotiations and provide consultative guidance on market trends and compensation.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and ensure compliance with recruiting processes and reporting requirements.
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to drive operational excellence and support continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders.

Desirable characteristics
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within the Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, or Automation sectors
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring for complex roles including Automation Engineers, Controls/PLC Programmers, Manufacturing Leadership, and Lean/Continuous Improvement specialists
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

- Pay range for this position (U.S. candidates): between $79,500.00 and $132,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
