The Strategic Home Care Agency Recruiter at BrightStar Care of Central DuPage is an in-office role in Bloomingdale, IL focused on full-cycle recruiting, active and passive sourcing, and building sustainable talent pipelines. The position emphasizes healthcare recruiting, data-informed improvements, and the use of AI and recruiting technology to strengthen candidate engagement and hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding and orientation
• Design creative sourcing strategies that extend beyond job boards
• Build talent pipelines and actively engage passive candidates
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through hire
• Monitor recruiting trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
• Act as a champion for AI-powered recruiting tools and automation initiatives
• Support workflow optimization for candidate engagement, scheduling, communication, and recruiting processes using technology
• Analyze recruiting data and refine strategies to improve hiring outcomes
• Strengthen community connections through networking events, partnerships, and recruiting outreach

Required Qualifications

• Recruiting and talent acquisition experience
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a PLUS
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology preferred
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, or recruiting innovation strongly preferred
