Job Description
Join Rize Beyond Banking as a Talent Acquisition and Engagement Partner in Irwindale, California, with a hybrid work arrangement. This role drives the full recruitment lifecycle, shapes sourcing and employer branding, and leads employee engagement initiatives in support of the Rize Credit Union’s growth and culture. You will collaborate with leaders to attract, connect, and engage top talent that aligns with our strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer, acceptance, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to translate business needs into the skills and attributes that drive success.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, community partnerships, and emerging recruiting technologies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Rize brand and culture.
- Work with Marketing to ensure career site, job advertisements, social channels, and recruitment campaigns showcase Rize’s unique strengths.
- Position Rize as an employer of choice through innovative recruiting campaigns, events, and community partnerships.
- Use data and recruiting metrics to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate recognition and appreciation programs that celebrate team member contributions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, surveys, and culture-building activities.
- Partner with HR leadership to strengthen the employee experience across the employment lifecycle.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource, helping leaders navigate talent-related opportunities and challenges.
- Support employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and other HR programs.
- Contribute ideas and solutions that improve organizational effectiveness, team member engagement, and business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR consulting roles.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, employee relations, and HR programs.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media sourcing tools.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leveraging recruiting analytics and AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
