Talent Acquisition Manager

Medcura Health Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to strengthen hiring across clinical and corporate teams. This onsite role in Stone Mountain, GA centers on building durable sourcing pipelines, improving workforce stability, and partnering closely with leaders to support high-quality talent decisions.

What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for provider, executive, senior management, and administrative roles.
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using residency programs, dental and allied health schools, professional associations, and mission-aligned networks.
• Manage locum and placement agencies, including contract oversight and responsibility for related spend.
• Collaborate with the CHRO and clinical leadership to ensure candidate quality, cultural fit, and organizational readiness.
• Develop sourcing strategies that align with organizational growth goals and support long-term workforce stability.
• Track recruitment metrics and use data to continuously refine sourcing and hiring processes.
• Stay current on trends and best practices in talent acquisition and healthcare staffing.

• Strong network development demonstrated through engagement with educational institutions, professional associations, and mission-aligned networks.
• Relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Data-informed mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment data and build strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Healthcare staffing knowledge is highly desirable, including locum tenens and agency management.
• Comfort working cross-functionally, partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
