Job Description
Join GGRM Law Firm in Las Vegas, NV for an onsite Talent Acquisition Specialist role supporting high-impact hiring across the organization. You will work closely with the HR Manager to strengthen recruitment strategy, build strong candidate pipelines, and contribute to a positive candidate-to-employee experience through structured processes and careful attention to detail.
Compensation: USD 48,000 - 85,000 per year. This role requires at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR position, plus a high school diploma (or equivalent).
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to support staffing needs across the organization
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and prepare interview packets for hiring managers
- Maintain accurate interview records and candidate tracking documentation
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using networking, job boards, social media, and community outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to strengthen candidate attraction and retention
- Coordinate pre-employment screening, background checks, and reference checks
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes to help ensure a positive candidate-to-employee experience
- Maintain recruitment records and reports, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure case management software (CMS) feed is cleared daily and emails are cleared daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you bring
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing and selection techniques
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple open positions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
Preferred qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
