Job Description

Servicon is seeking a Hybrid Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple business lines in Culver City, CA. This position emphasizes a bilingual English/Spanish capability and close collaboration with hiring managers to cultivate a strong candidate slate. The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 85,000 per year with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Consult and partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition programs that are aligned with broader strategic planning, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Enhance community outreach and promote Servicon’s employment brand through an extensive network of professional relationships.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct preliminary phone screens, and participate in in-person interview assessments.
  • Serve as a primary source of staffing guidance, consultation, and education on recruitment processes.
  • Source candidates from online databases, advertisements, job fairs, networking, and other creative avenues.
  • Clarify position requirements and behavioral profiles, determine compensation, keep job descriptions updated, and manage the full engagement process.
  • May facilitate New Hire Orientations, coordinate onboarding efforts, and assist with additional training programs as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience within a mid-to-large size organization (1,000+ employees).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation; ability to work effectively with all levels and a wide range of clients.
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems to manage full-cycle hiring processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while completing delegated tasks.
  • Highly motivated, organized self-starter focused on quality, service, and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information and data.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish is required.
  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities as needed.
