Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles within the Aeronautics division, collaborating with hiring managers to design strategies, build pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting activities, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and craft recruiting strategies.
- Conduct intake meetings and strategy sessions to define role requirements and hiring expectations.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
- Screen, assess, and qualify candidates for technical capabilities, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluations, and selection decisions.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruiting challenges.
- Track and communicate recruiting metrics and hiring progress to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, policies, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within ATS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience; OR a minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering disciplines including Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience recruiting for business, operations, production, manufacturing, or supply chain roles.
- Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
