Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance on hiring strategy, market conditions, and talent trends.
- Lead the full‑cycle recruitment process, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Represent the organization in the external market, promoting the employer brand and engaging top talent.
- Identify and escalate challenges related to role competitiveness, compensation, or market dynamics to leadership.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Attend career fairs and recruitment events to strengthen outreach and engagement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, listening, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate to provide counsel and advisory support.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, multitask, and prioritize work.
- Business acumen and political savvy.
- Demonstrated ability to use talent management and other relevant systems.
- Proven experience in setting a talent strategy and building diverse applicant pipelines.
- Understanding of employment law.
- Experience with behaviorally based interviewing techniques and strong candidate assessment skills.

Schedule and Work Model
- Full‑time, Monday through Friday, with standard business hours.
- Remote / Work from Home with flexibility to attend on‑site meetings and career fairs in the Boston, MA area.
- On remote workdays, employees must use a stable, secure, and compliant workstation in a quiet environment; Teams Video requires MGB‑provided equipment.
