Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner role at Zaxbys Franchising LLC is a hybrid position with in-office presence three days per week, focused on building and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent for store-level staffing. The role collaborates with operations leaders, restaurant management, and corporate stakeholders to support growth, culture, and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Regional, District, and General Managers to capture hiring needs and priorities.
- Design and run recruiting campaigns to fill open roles promptly.
- Lead a team of recruiters to efficiently manage requisitions and drive outcomes.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive hiring practices, and workforce availability.
- Coach hiring managers on staffing processes, interviewing techniques, selection decisions, and compliant hiring practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report recruiting metrics such as overall staffing, source effectiveness, cost per hire, and turnover.
- Lead recruiting efforts for new restaurant openings, job fairs, and large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Oversee and promote the company’s employee referral program.
- Strengthen employer brand through social media, community partnerships, and local store advertising.
- Perform all other duties necessary to ensure properly staffed company-owned locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience; SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
- 3 to 4 years of leadership experience.

Pay Range
USD 70,000 - 85,000 per year
