Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Equinox in New York, NY (onsite) supports sales and retail recruiting by building and maintaining a robust pipeline for Membership Advisor and Retail Manager on Duty roles, with a salary range of USD 70,000 - 75,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with field teams to assess recruiting needs and identify key hiring challenges.
- Design and execute proactive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, conduct thorough screenings, and maintain a strong recruiting presence with a positive candidate experience.
- Source and screen resumes and applications, and conduct in-depth interviews for designated departments.
- Utilize online recruiting resources and in-house tools to identify top talent.
- Deliver full lifecycle recruiting with exceptional client service, including workforce planning, special search assignments, and support for new club openings.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by sharing detailed information about Equinox, business strategy, department context, job descriptions, and expectations.
- Provide guidance to management and associates on employment policies and procedures.
- Plan and execute career and networking events to drive talent for Membership Advisor and Retail Manager on Duty roles.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to inform recruiting strategies.
- Identify and pursue new recruitment marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate regional participation in career events, including events for new club openings.
- Share recruiting metrics and data-driven insights to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting and Human Resources; campus recruiting is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Ability to manage a high volume of candidate pipelines.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing data.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, social media recruiting techniques, and other web-based employment strategies (SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, UKG Pro, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills to manage candidates, clients, and teams.
- A sense of urgency to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment and achieve KPIs.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience: sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, wage and salary trends, job postings, networking events, in-person presentations, referral programs, and headhunting.
- Strong Boolean search and resume database search skills.
- Proven success in executing both tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Keen eye for talent, focusing on proven success, attitude, and cultural fit.
- Ability to interact with and influence senior operations leaders.
- Candidates must be able to work from Equinox Headquarters in New York City.
