Job Description
Colgate-Palmolive is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-lifecycle professional recruiting for the Global Supply Chain and Research & Development organizations based in Piscataway, NJ. This hybrid role reports to the TA Director and works as a strategic talent advisor, combining TA expertise, data storytelling, and business acumen to improve hiring outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle professional recruiting, managing each stage from initial intake through offer acceptance while balancing efficiency with quality of hire.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, craft competitive selling points, and apply consistent assessment strategies grounded in labor market research.
- Improve the talent acquisition process by identifying gaps and recommending solutions to enhance the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Advise HR and business leaders using market and talent insights to inform sourcing strategies and candidate requirements, and provide quarterly recruitment updates to the leadership team.
- Contribute to annual Talent Acquisition initiatives, including process optimization, technology reviews, and supporting implementation and adoption of new tools and capabilities.
- Run innovative sourcing approaches using tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights to engage passive talent, build future-ready pipelines, and support time-to-fill improvements.
- Use employer brand assets and targeted attraction tactics to identify and engage passive talent pools aligned to client-specific talent agendas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of talent acquisition and/or human resources experience
- Experience driving continuous improvement by identifying gaps and developing and implementing solutions informed by data
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, salaried roles (for example, Sales, Marketing, or Corporate functions) within a large, global organization
- Consultation and influencing skills, including the ability to partner with and present to senior leaders
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and regional employment or hiring laws
- Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

Location and Compensation
- Location: Piscataway, NJ (hybrid)
- Salary range: USD 109,000 to 130,000 per year
- Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location
- Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles
