Job Description

Caliber is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting across multiple assigned markets as business needs arise. In this onsite role in Port Orange, FL, you will coordinate the hiring and selection process for a range of individual contributor, market/center level positions while following Caliber’s recruiting process, systems, and legal requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for assigned market needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with Talent Acquisition Managers on KPI alignment and achievement, recruiting process updates, and internal customer alignment.
  • Receive direction from Talent Acquisition Advisors, direct management, and operational leadership to review staffing strategy, recommend approaches, and stay current on recruiting needs through regular updates.
  • Research, recommend, and use established and new sourcing sources for active and passive candidates with some supervision and direction.
  • Post open positions internally and on approved job boards.
  • Review resumes and applications, perform pre-screens, refer qualified candidates to hiring managers, track candidate progress through the process, and handle related administrative details.
  • Manage the offer process to support consistency, compliance with Caliber policy and practice, and strong offer acceptance rates.
  • Provide a clear handoff to the HR Administrative Team to support an effective, consistent onboarding process.
  • Maintain candidate information in the ATS, utilize current metrics, and compile related reports.
  • Promote and expand teammate referral and alumni referral networks.
  • Partner with operations and business development leaders to build professional networks that help surface passive candidates.
  • Use sourcing tools and strategies with support, including Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and hiring events, to build a high-quality candidate slate.
  • With direction and support, work with internal and external partners to develop “competitive intelligence” on competitors in the market and follow Caliber guidelines for recruiting from competition.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Complete regular in-market travel, with occasional out-of-market travel.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 0-2 years of recruiting and/or HR experience.
  • Preferred familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems; Workday and Phenom are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • High volume recruiting experience preferred.
  • Preferred familiarity with HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interaction skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to embody Caliber’s Core Values.
  • Must have eligibility to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
