Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter
Job Description
Kelly Services is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter for a hybrid role in Mentor, OH or Conroe, TX on a temp-to-hire basis. This position offers an hourly rate of $50–$55/hour and centers on building strong recruiting pipelines for high-volume hourly and non-exempt roles, partnering closely with HR and plant leadership to support long-term workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hourly and non-exempt roles, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, plant leaders, and frontline supervisors to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Create innovative sourcing approaches using job boards, social media, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, community outreach, schools, military partnerships, and other channels.
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, maintaining candidate relationships for both current and future openings.
- Act as a brand ambassador and support a positive, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, hiring events, open houses, and other community recruiting efforts to expand talent reach.
- Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs, develop hiring plans, monitor labor market trends, and contribute to long-term workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, including heavy-volume recruiting in manufacturing and/or distribution environments
- Required experience recruiting skilled trades and manufacturing roles such as Welders, Machinists, Assemblers, Material Handlers, Toolmakers, and Maintenance Technicians
- Proven ability to manage approximately 20–30 open requisitions consistently
- Experience recruiting non-exempt, exempt, and managerial roles within manufacturing and/or distribution
- Experience leading high-volume recruiting across multiple locations
- Strong sourcing experience using both online and offline channels
- Experience with behavioral-based interview methodologies
- Experience using skill and knowledge assessments
- Strong consultative, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to partner effectively with HR and business leaders
- Knowledge of labor market trends and employment practices
- Knowledge of EEO and diversity & inclusion practices
- CRM experience preferred (CRM technologies)
