Compensation and Schedule
- Salary range: $3,042.14 to $5,517.24 per month
- Pay frequency: Bi-weekly

Responsibilities
- Recruitment, sourcing, screening, and candidate management (60%)
- Manager consultation, relationship management, and guidance (30%)
- Outreach activities (10%)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or relevant experience
- At least two years of recent operational level or technical recruiting experience
- Experience with a HRIS applicant tracking system
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and laws related to hiring (for example Title VII, ADA, local HR policies, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills to set and meet priorities
- Ability to provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on the hiring process
- Capacity to manage a high-volume workload with competing and changing priorities
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws as they relate to hiring
