Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and your own network
- Conduct phone screens and first interviews, and influence strong candidates to commit to the next step
- Guide candidates through our selection process, partnering with firm leadership on final interviews and decisions
- Build a referral network with our advisors, as our best candidates come from our best people
- Track your activity and conversion metrics weekly to stay aligned with your targets
Requirements
- 2–5 years in sales, business development, or recruiting; you’ve persuaded people to act, not just built relationships
- Energy for meeting new people and comfort asking them for a commitment
- Resilience and self-direction; you treat a no as information
- Consistent daily discipline and a drive to hit measurable goals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
