Talent Acquisition Specialist

NETPACE Health is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a hybrid recruiting contract in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities (full-cycle hiring)
• Source, attract, and evaluate candidates using modern recruiting channels and structured assessment
• Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to shape effective hiring strategies
• Lead candidate assessment efforts for mid-to-senior roles across relevant business functions
• Support placement efforts with a focus on hiring outcomes for sales professionals
• Maintain strong candidate experience through organized scheduling, communication, and process follow-through
• Use recruitment systems and tools to manage pipelines and candidate records
• Apply AI-powered and technology-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing and workflow

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of full-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment experience
• Agency recruiting background with a proven track record of placing sales professionals
• Experience recruiting mid-to-senior-level professionals in professional services, B2B sales, or consulting
• Strong sourcing expertise and candidate assessment capability
• Proficiency using LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and other recruitment technologies
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to develop hiring strategies
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and influencing ability
• Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and inclusive hiring
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience
• Comfort using AI-powered and technology-enabled recruitment tools
