Job Description

Overview Pinnacle Contracting Services, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates. This onsite role in Alpharetta, GA also supports onboarding and collaborates with hiring managers to meet staffing needs for Pinnacle and its sister company Southern Design.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and draft job descriptions
  • Travel regularly to career fairs, schools, and similar events to attract candidates
  • Frequent travel between the Triad area of North Carolina and the Atlanta, Georgia area
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Publish job openings and source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
  • Administer Cultural Index surveys for applicants
  • Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide interview feedback and candidate summaries to hiring managers
  • Potential involvement with onboarding processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Willingness to travel frequently between the Triad area of North Carolina and the Atlanta, Georgia area
  • Comfort spending the majority of time on the road attending career fairs, setting up hiring events, visiting job sites, and supporting recruiting initiatives
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new HRIS, ATS, and other recruiting software
  • Willingness to travel up to 75 percent (preferred)

Compliance and Administration

  • Maintain accurate applicant and employee records within HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide reports as requested
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
