Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sales Recruiting - Hybrid
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition and National Sales Teams to guide new producers through hiring, onboarding, and training. This role collaborates with senior sales leaders and external agency recruiters to facilitate strategic sales hires. Based in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Add new hires to the sales team reporting structure to monitor metrics and performance.
- Collaborate with finance and cross‑functional teams to maintain accurate metrics and current data.
- Serve as the primary coordinator and oversight point for agency‑supported recruiting searches, ensuring search firms follow established service levels, recruiting processes, candidate documentation standards, and communication expectations.
- Monitor recruiting activity, candidate pipeline movement, and agency performance metrics, escalating concerns and recommendations as needed.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to ensure a consistent candidate and hiring manager experience across all searches.
- Support sales leaders to deliver a smooth and efficient hiring, onboarding, and training process for new hires, including coordinating invites, sending assessments, opening requisitions, and producing offer documents.
- Act as a concierge for candidates, guiding them through the hiring process with a white glove approach.
- Track metrics and KPIs associated with recruiting activities.
- Coordinate and manage onboarding training for new hires, planning and tracking all training programs and evaluations, and creating processes to close gaps in onboarding and training.
- Collaborate with leaders, user provisioning, associated teams, and mentors before day 1 to set new hires up for success, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
- Maintain consistent pre‑day 1 communication with hires and sales leaders about onboarding and training expectations.
- Warmly welcome all new producers and provide a clear point of connection from Day 1.
- Support subject matter experts and leaders as part of national and regional events related to producer development.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, recruiting workflows, candidate lifecycle management, and hiring best practices.
- Experience partnering with external search firms, staffing agencies, or executive recruiting firms.
- Ability to influence and consult with hiring managers and senior business leaders throughout the recruiting process.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint; preference for Power BI.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, highly organized, proactive, and outcome‑driven.
- Ability to work independently, ask insightful questions, and escalate concerns promptly.
- Excellent at building high‑trust relationships across levels and personalities while maintaining professionalism.

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and learning management systems preferred.
