Job Description
The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Manager position supports a rapidly expanding commercial landscape and snow management organization in Ohio, with responsibility for recruiting, staffing planning, and ongoing workforce relationships throughout the year. This in-person role is designed for a self-directed professional who can deliver results with meaningful autonomy.
Role Overview
In this full-time position, you will recruit and hire field, office, and leadership employees, and manage workforce relationships year-round. The role requires proactive relationship-building, creative sourcing strategies to sustain a full hiring pipeline, and close coordination with Operations to anticipate staffing needs before they become urgent.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire qualified field, office, and leadership employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with trade schools, workforce agencies, military transition programs, community organizations, and referral partners.
- Create recruiting strategies that support a steady hiring pipeline throughout the year.
- Coordinate interviews, hiring, and onboarding activities.
- Recruit, qualify, and maintain relationships with snow subcontractors ahead of each winter season.
- Partner with the Operations team to forecast staffing needs and address gaps early.
- Represent the company at hiring events, networking opportunities, and within the community.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience.
