Job Description

Neuralink is seeking a Technical Recruiter to collaborate with technical teams and contribute to talent acquisition planning. This role supports end-to-end hiring activities, strengthens hiring manager partnerships, and helps refine recruiting initiatives through measurable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, interviewing, and managing recruiting pipelines across technical, clinical, and other role categories.
  • Independently drive continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives by sharing key metrics and actionable insights with hiring managers.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by discussing new requisitions, hiring strategies, and interview feedback.
  • Develop approaches to identify, attract, and close top talent across multiple channels, including creatively discovering new sourcing sources.
  • Attend hiring debriefs to participate as a peer in evaluating candidates.
  • Cultivate a strong network of exceptional talent across Neuralink’s verticals.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with teams across a wide range of roles.
  • Proven ability to source and identify industry experts, including uncovering unique methods to engage candidates.
  • Ability to conduct technical interviews to assess engineering skill levels.
  • Strong motivation and depth to learn the foundational technical fundamentals of roles being hired.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn, and G Suite.
  • Experience working in an agency and at an early-stage startup.
  • Ability to build reports and dashboards using queries in Excel or Google Sheets.

Compensation and Location

Location: South San Francisco, CA (onsite)

Salary: USD 95,000 - 147,000 per year

Experience: Minimum 2 years
