Technical Recruiter

Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition efforts in Jacksonville, Florida. In this onsite role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and data leaders to identify and secure technical talent aligned to the firm’s trading, risk, and technology platforms.

You will serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders by helping drive the recruiting process for technical roles. Your work will focus on sourcing, screening, and ultimately securing candidates who support the organization’s trading, risk, and technology initiatives.
