IT Recruiter

Field of Talent is hiring an IT Recruiter Recruiting Consultant in Indianapolis, IN (onsite) to deliver full-cycle, consultative recruiting while also coaching both candidates and hiring managers toward successful hiring relationships. The role includes participation in Recruiting as a Service (RaaS), combining hands-on recruiting with a service mindset.

What you’ll do

• Connect strong candidates with great employers through recruiting, guidance, and coaching
• Recruit, guide, and coach both candidates and hiring managers toward successful hiring relationships
• Operate in a consultative way with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
• Help deliver recruitment as Recruiting as a Service (RaaS)
