Truck Driver Recruiter

Rapid Transport is seeking a Truck Driver Recruiter to support hiring that strengthens operational capacity and safety standards. This onsite role in Pharr, TX is focused on full-cycle recruiting for qualified truck drivers, with opportunities to run targeted outreach, strengthen agency partnerships, and improve how the company attracts and evaluates talent.

Compensation: USD 2,400 - 4,000 per month

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for truck driver hiring, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Plan and execute targeted recruitment campaigns using social media marketing (recruitment) and job boards.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies to drive lead generation and external recruiting initiatives.
• Run high-volume recruiting efforts, including cold calling potential candidates and participating in campus recruitment events to attract entry-level talent.
• Manage the candidate pipeline using ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct ongoing research to identify new sourcing channels and recruiting practices that improve candidate quality and diversity.
• Maintain strong relationship management with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to support a smooth hiring experience.

What you bring

• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Experience using social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing strategies, and cold calling to generate leads.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated relationship management skills that support collaboration across teams and with external partners.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting in transportation or logistics, preferably with high-volume experience for truck drivers or technical roles.
