Job Description

Ochsner Health System is hiring an Executive Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership. Responsibilities

Requirements

Associate’s degree

Experience with project management, change management, and negotiations

What you will do

Develop and administer HR plans and programs that align with Lighthouse Louisiana’s operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, promotions, exits, and related activities.

Perform additional duties as needed to support the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with coursework focused on human resources.
Minimum six years of professional HR experience, with at least four years in a nonprofit setting; experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
Special knowledge includes proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with web-based payroll and benefits systems; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly preferred.
Supervisory responsibility: manages the HR Specialist.
Physical: strong communication and interpersonal skills; good mobility; ability to travel to offsite locations and within the facility.
Personality: dependable, well organized, adaptable, able to safeguard confidential information, and capable of working independently.
