Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a full-time Recruiting Manager to support caregiver hiring, scheduling coordination, and after-hours staffing coverage in Mason City, IA.

Role Overview

This onsite position focuses on recruiting and onboarding caregivers, ensuring shifts are properly staffed, and providing operational support to the Operating Director. The role also includes assisting with incoming calls for prospective and current clients and caregivers, along with rotating after-hours phone coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.
Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
Rotate managing phone calls after hours to help ensure all shifts are properly staffed.

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience working in home care or healthcare.
At least 1 year of managerial experience.
Driver’s License (Required).
Ability to commute to Mason City, IA 50401 (Required).

Job Description

Successful Aging Care Net is hiring a Homecare Recruiter for an onsite role in Upper Darby, PA (19082). This position supports talent acquisition for a home health agency by coordinating full-cycle recruiting, maintaining candidate data through an ATS, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to meet staffing needs while staying aligned with employment and labor law.

In this recruiter role, you will help source and attract qualified candidates across departments, run high-volume hiring campaigns, and contribute to a diversified talent pipeline through both campus recruitment and external recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using social media recruitment marketing, HR sourcing techniques, and talent management software to attract qualified candidates.
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and employment law compliance.
Support campus recruitment initiatives and external recruiting efforts to help diversify the talent pipeline.
Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports.
Run high-volume recruitment campaigns using tactics such as cold calling, candidate sourcing, and relationship management to fill multiple roles efficiently.
Maintain HR legal compliance by adhering to employment and labor law requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting CNAs and HHAs for a home health agency.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage candidate expectations and support employer branding.
Familiarity with HR systems such as Paychex or ADP for payroll integration and employee data management.
Knowledge of employment law within talent management, including HR legal compliance and employment and labor law principles.
Demonstrated ability related to talent management and people programs, including succession planning, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations.
Proficiency using social media platforms for recruitment marketing and candidate sourcing strategies.
Experience with Taleo or ATS platforms, with the ability to leverage talent management software for recruitment workflows.
Ability to handle high-volume recruiting while maintaining attention to detail and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Job Description

I&Y Senior Care, Inc. is seeking a Home Care Human Resource Representative to support day-to-day HR and staffing workflows for its home care operations in Brooklyn, NY. In this onsite role, you will help move applicants through key pre-employment steps, maintain accurate employee records in scheduling and HR systems, and stay ahead of time-sensitive health assessment renewals.

You will also coordinate routine updates with HomeHealth Aides to ensure concerns are addressed promptly, while contributing to special projects and other duties as assigned. The position is full-time, temporary, with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

Process new employment applicants, including arranging interviews and verifying the authenticity of degrees, certificates, and references.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for physical exams and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
Enter and update employee information in HHA Exchange.
Monitor employees' Health Assessments for expiration and send timely correspondence regarding upcoming renewals.
Manage special projects and related tasks as assigned.
Provide daily communication with HomeHealth Aides regarding any issues that arise.

Requirements

HHA Exchange knowledge (required).
Home care office experience: 1 to 2 years (required).
Human resources experience: 1 year (preferred).
Language proficiency in English, Uzbek, and Russian (required).
Minimum experience: 1 year.

Work Location and Schedule

In person in Brooklyn, NY.
No remote work.
8-hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday.

Compensation

Pay: up to $22.00 per hour.
