Homecare Recruiter

Successful Aging Care Net is hiring a Homecare Recruiter for an onsite role in Upper Darby, PA (19082). This position supports talent acquisition for a home health agency by coordinating full-cycle recruiting, maintaining candidate data through an ATS, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to meet staffing needs while staying aligned with employment and labor law.

In this recruiter role, you will help source and attract qualified candidates across departments, run high-volume hiring campaigns, and contribute to a diversified talent pipeline through both campus recruitment and external recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using social media recruitment marketing, HR sourcing techniques, and talent management software to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and employment law compliance.
• Support campus recruitment initiatives and external recruiting efforts to help diversify the talent pipeline.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports.
• Run high-volume recruitment campaigns using tactics such as cold calling, candidate sourcing, and relationship management to fill multiple roles efficiently.
• Maintain HR legal compliance by adhering to employment and labor law requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting CNAs and HHAs for a home health agency.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage candidate expectations and support employer branding.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Paychex or ADP for payroll integration and employee data management.
• Knowledge of employment law within talent management, including HR legal compliance and employment and labor law principles.
• Demonstrated ability related to talent management and people programs, including succession planning, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations.
• Proficiency using social media platforms for recruitment marketing and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Experience with Taleo or ATS platforms, with the ability to leverage talent management software for recruitment workflows.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruiting while maintaining attention to detail and delivering a positive candidate experience.
