Recruiting Manager

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a full-time Recruiting Manager to support caregiver hiring, scheduling coordination, and after-hours staffing coverage in Mason City, IA.

Role Overview

This onsite position focuses on recruiting and onboarding caregivers, ensuring shifts are properly staffed, and providing operational support to the Operating Director. The role also includes assisting with incoming calls for prospective and current clients and caregivers, along with rotating after-hours phone coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.
• Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• Rotate managing phone calls after hours to help ensure all shifts are properly staffed.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working in home care or healthcare.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience.
• Driver’s License (Required).
• Ability to commute to Mason City, IA 50401 (Required).
